Scale: the total area is about 170 hectares.
Scope of work performed:
– Construction of contract package No. NLK-03/19: Construction of rough construction and finishing of the exterior from apartment No. 46 to Unit 58 (total 13 units) Lot LK-03.
– Construction of contract package No. NLK-04/19: Construction of rough construction and exterior finishing from apartment 33 to apartment 45 (total 13 units) Lot LK-04
– Construction of package number TNT-LH-01/19: Construction of wastewater drainage system and pavement of 16ha area.

This is the first new urban area project of the Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation (HUD Group) deployed in the Central region. The project is a complex of low-rise buildings, villas, commercial service works associated with parks and lakes. In addition, in this urban area, a part of the area is reserved to serve the households in the planning area who need to be relocated; building social houses, housing for low-income people.

Up to now, the remaining works of the basic bidding packages have been completed, the Company is working with related parties to conduct the review, acceptance and handover of work items in accordance with the signed contract.
